It includes White Center, Shorewood, Salmon Creek, Top Hat, Beverly Park, Boulevard Park, South Park, Glendale, and Riverton Heights communities.

The area is divided into four districts with two representatives from each district. In addition, five members serve as at-large representatives.

Council meetings are the first and third Thursdays of the month at the North Highline Fire District Office, 1243 S.W. 112th Street. More information about the council is available by visiting www.northhighlineuac.org.
