" Mr. Stanat,
I understand that in this free country of ours you are entitled to your opinion, but please check your facts. Also please try to refrain from such hate filled speech, it does no one any good in this great country of ours. Now is a time, along with a chance, to come together after nearly eight years of such a divisive current administration. I would suggest that you reach out to some of the people that you appear to fear so much. I gaurentee that you have more in common with them than you can imagine.

" Actually, the Supreme Court - with Mr. Bush's appointees - has already ruled that captured terrorists who are brought onto US soil are entitled to constitutional rights *just like everyone else on US soil*. And it also ruled that Guantanimo Bay is US soil. If you don't like this, consider that it's the current administration's fault for bringing them onto US soil. If they had been held in the other nations in which they were captured, they would not be entitled to constitutional rights.
On the other hand, what kind of person are you to want people not to be entitled to rights such as habeas corpus (the right to judicial review of the legality of detainment), legal representation, and fair trial? You'd rather innocent people be tortured and convicted along with the guilty?
Also, your claim that the Employment Non Discrimination Act (ENDA) would apply to churches is flatly false. ENDA contains an explicit exemption for churches. "
