Auto thieves and car prowlers are the topic of the day!
And, our guest will be Seattle Police Detective Scotty Bach, who has apprehended many of these people. He’ll give us an in-depth look into who is doing it, why they’re doing it, and most importantly, what we can do to lessen our chances of being one of their victims.
