Adults and children are invited
Activities for children (both indoors and outdoors)
Learn about the Great International Bird Count
Presentation by Birds Unlimited from noon to 1 pm.

Program agenda-

Dan Streiffert from the Rainer Audubon Chapter will do a a photo presentation on backyard birds and talk a bit about Audubon from 11am to noon. Dan is a well known leader in the Audubon and an excellent photographer.

Andy Waters from our local Birds Unlimited will be speaking from noon to 1:00pm on How To Attract Birds to Your Yard and about some of their quirky and more interesting habits.

Judy Lane, a well known artist and photographer from West Seattle will present from 1-2:30pm. Judy wrote, illustrated and published a children’s book about her dogs and a family of crows (Keiko & the Crow, AuthorHouse, 2009) in a local park. Judy will provide information on collage techniques used for the book illustrations and her mixed media artwork as well as provide some basics on bird photography.
